Welcome to CCRC After School Care! Let your children spend the afternoon in a caring environment where they can get creative, play hard, and learn more! We are excited to work with your family this year and hope your children enjoy all the great things we have planned.

How To Register
How To Register
1) Complete The online registration form.
Once this form is submitted you will receive the parent registration guide and handbook
as well as an invoice for your first payment.
2) Pay the non-refundable registration fee of $40.00. The first weeks payment of $45.00 must be submitted before the first day of CCRC ASC.
PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE:

Online, you will receive a self service invitation once you complete the online registration form. Please follow the steps to activate this and your initial payment, as well as future payments, can be made via this portal.
3) Complete and submit all additionally required medical forms with immunization records.

The additional medical forms will be emailed to you if required.

A Day In The Life of an CCRC After School Care Kid!
3:00 - 3:30
Children are to report to the designated area/room where a USDA sponsored snack will be served, attendance taken and daily warm up activity held.
3:30- 4:15
Group 1 (Kindergarten - 1st grade) - Supervised activities
Group 2 (2nd Grade - 5th grade) - Homework/study/reading
4:15- 5:00
Group 2 (2nd Grade - 5th grade) - Supervised activities
Group 1 (Kindergarten - 1st grade) - Homework/study/reading
5:00 - 5:30
Children are to report to the designated area/room where a final attendance will be taken and end of day activities held.
5:30 Pick Up
All children must be picked up by 5:30 PM. (A fee of $1 per minute will be charged for late pickup.) Children may be picked up earlier if the parent chooses.
Homework/study/reading time: Children are expected to study, read, or work on academic activities during this time. Those who have completed their homework and younger children, if no homework has been assigned, will be given the opportunity to play or read. Homework Center does not provide one on one tutoring – rather a supervised time where questions are answered, help attained – but homework completion and checking remains the responsibility of both student and guardian/parent.
Supervised activities: Time dedicated to Physical activities, arts and crafts, cultural enrichment activities, special speakers, small group games, all-participant games, nature awareness, water activities, academic activities.

FEES
All fees are per child
1) Registration Fee: $40 (per year)
2) Weekly Fee: $45.00 (per week)
TRANSPORTATION
Participants from Clemson Elementary and Central Elementary will be transported to the Central-Clemson Recreation Center by agency-approved buses. Parents are responsible for transportation from other schools and for pick up.
SCHOOL CALENDAR
The program will be available on all normal school days. The program will NOT be available on school holidays, in-service days, half days, early release days or when school is closed due to inclement weather. If there is early dismissal, the program will also be cancelled. We have pro-rated for weeks in which there are scheduled school holidays or in-service days (see Payment Agreement sheet). YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED THE WEEKLY FEE IF YOUR CHILD MISSES A DAY OF SCHOOL FOR PERSONAL REASONS.
SNACKS
We will provide an afternoon snack daily. These snacks will be provided by the USDA feeding program. Please note that special diets cannot be accommodated. Food may contain peanuts, gluten, eggs, and dairy.
STAFF
We will have CPR and First Aid certified staff on site at all times. Staff and Supervisors have passed sex offender database searches, a national criminal background check, and drug screen.
