The staff members are experienced and helpful.  We can guide you through appropriate fitness programs, connect you with relevant center programs, and instruct you in equipment use.  We are dedicated to making this facility meet your needs.

Yoga

As a non-profit organization, the economic climate has hit us harder than most. In the last few months many of our members have felt the effects of changes to our facility, more specifically our fitness program. In the past the Central Clemson Recreation Center has offered our members great quality fitness classes as an added benefit to the membership package at no additional charge.  Due to our current financial restrictions we will no longer be able to provide specialized classes such as Yoga & Yogalates free of charge to members.  The new rates for these classes will be $3.00 for members and $7.00 for non-members with an option to purchase a 10 class pass for {$27.00 members} {$63.00 non-members}.  This fee will help supplement the cost of a qualified instructor.  We are committed to providing the best quality classes at reasonable prices for our community.

Childbirth Class

The Central-Clemson Recreation Center is proud to announce that they will now offer, in conjunction with the Oconee Medical Center, Childbirth and Breastfeeding Seminars starting on October 10^th.  This eight hour seminar is a great way for an expectant mother and their spouse to learn what they can look forward to during their delivery process.  For more information, visit our Childbirthing Page.
